Sharon, known as our "crazy cat lady", is our hospital office manager and Registered Veterinary Technician. She has been at Rickords Animal Hospital since 2008 when the practice doors opened. She genuinely cares about each and every staff member, client, and patient we have. As our hospital continues to grow, she continues to add dedicated staff that share our common goal: to provide the best quality care to our patients. Originally from Canada, she now resides in Saginaw with husband Mack and daughter Erin.

Jennifer has been working with Dr. Rickords since 2006, before the practice opened. First working with him in Arlington, then filling in a few days a week in the early years of Rickords Animal Hospital. She has been with us full time now since July 2012. Jennifer helps manage the hospital and has a wealth of knowledge ready to educate you on almost anything you can throw her way. She shares her home in north Fort Worth with her husband Justin, her maltese "Sugar", special needs pomeranian "Carli", and cat Gretel.

Brianna joined our team in May 2012, in between her semesters of college at OSU. (Go Pokes!) After graduating in 2015 she has been a full time veterinary technician and has a wealth of knowledge in pet nutrition.

Nicole received her Associates in Veterinary Technology through the AVMA accredited program at Pierce college in Los Angeles, California. She moved to Texas in 2012 and joined Rickords Animal Hospital the following year. She enjoys being a mom to her daughter Charlotte, and bakes the most delicious treats!

She has been with us since 2013 and is currently attending Vet School at Texas A&M. Keep up the good work Courtney!!
Nick has been a part of our team since 2014 and has grown with us from taking care of our boarding patients to becoming a technician. He is currently continuing his education at a local college.
Dana joined our team in 2014. She has over 20 years of experience in the veterinary field and currently focuses on dental & surgical assisting. She enjoys spending her free time at the barn with her kids and horse "Flirt".
Hayley started training to become a technician with us in 2015. She has the biggest heart for our geriatric patients and never misses an opportunity to give with extra love and snuggles.
