Appointments
Appointments can be booked via phone, text, or online request. Our patient care coordinators will always attempt to accommodate your requests to
the best of our ability. We are open to schedule Doctor appointments during the following hours:
• Monday to Friday: 7:30am - 6:00pm
• Saturday: 8:00am - 1:00pm
• Sunday: 12:00pm - 5:00pm
If you feel you have an emergency with your pet, it is best to call before coming in so that a staff member can advise you on your particular emergency.
We always want to do what is in your pet's best interest!
Emergency & Urgent Care
We offer work-in appointments and do our best to keep those same-day slots available for urgent cases; these appointments are first come, first serve.
We never like turning anyone away and we will always get you in as soon as possible; we know how important it is to keep your pets healthy and happy as well as take up as little of your valuable time as possible. Because we are a medical facility, there will sometimes be emergencies that will be prioritized over our regular healthy patient appointments. It is never our intention to have you wait for any amount of time, but we appreciate your understanding on days that our staff has to focus on more critical cases. We would do the same for yours on any given day!

We are classified as a small animal hospital that exclusively cares for canine and feline patients.

We accept cash, check, Apple Pay, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, Care Credit, or Scratch Pay.
To ensure that we can continue to provide you high quality service utilizing the best medical technologies and staff, we request that payment be made at the time services are rendered.
Estimates
We provide estimates for all surgeries and hospitalizations. We strive to give you the most accurate estimated amounts. If you have any questions regarding the cost of care or have not received an estimate, you are welcome to request one at any time.
We offer discounted services to military and senior citizens. Please provide our staff with your credentials or eligibility for discounts so they can be applied to your account at checkout.
