Jennifer is our Practice Manager. She has been working alongside Dr. Rickords as a veterinary technician since 2006, before the practice even opened. She genuinely cares about each and every staff member, client, and patient we have. As our hospital grows, she continues to add dedicated staff that share our common goal: to provide the best quality care to our patients. She has a wealth of knowledge and is ready to educate you on almost anything you can throw her way. She shares her home in north Fort Worth with her husband Justin, her daughter Presley, son Breckin, & rescue pomeranian 'Carli' & frenchie 'Polly'.

Brianna is our Hospital Operations Manager. She joined our team in May 2012, in between her semesters of college at OSU. (Go Pokes!) After graduating in 2015 she was a full time veterinary technician and in 2020 joined our management team as Hospital Operations Manager. She is married to Benjamin and a proud new mom to son Gabriel! (Although her labrador 'Pete' will always be her first boy) She enjoys spending time at the lake, bicycle rides, and date nights at the movies.
