Dr. Rickords graduated from OSU in 2004 and began practicing as an associate veterinarian in Arlington, Texas. He then started his own practice here in Fort Worth in 2008. He is a devoted husband and father of 6, including their 2 dogs, Marshall & Everest. When he is not juggling all of the tasks of running the practice and providing excellent care to his clients and patients, he loves camping with his family, attending his kids dance recitals, and cheering on his OSU Cowboys!

Dr. Roller graduated from Virginia-Maryland College of Veterinary Medicine in 2015. Immediately moving to the Fort Worth area to join her husband, she began practicing as an associate veterinarian. Their two older cats, Lori and Niobe, soon gained a younger sister, Rocket (pictured) despite their protestations. Dr. Roller has a particular interest in preventative medicine and cytology. In her free time, she can usually be found playing with the cats, curled up with a new book, or working on her garden.

Dr. Katie Bauer graduated from Purdue University College of Veterinary Medicine in May 2020. She grew up in Plano and fell in love with veterinary medicine while working at a veterinary clinic in Frisco. She and her canine partner in crime, Ginny, are thrilled to be back home in DFW. Dr. Bauer spends her free time hiking with Ginny and trying to convince their newest family members, a cat named Taffy and a dog named Lucy, that dogs and cats really can get along. Dr. Bauer's favorite part of veterinary medicine is getting to build a relationship with her patients and their families. She also enjoys ophthalmology and the variety that comes with a day in general practice.
